Gottfried Keller Bibliography
In the second half of the 19th century the important Swiss writer Gottfried Keller was a major influence not just on the literary life of Zurich but also on political affairs, in his capacity as First Official Secretary of the canton. His work and the research literature are catalogued in the Gottfried Keller Bibliography.
The Bibliography
The Gottfried Keller Bibliography contains media of all kinds by and about the well-known Swiss writer: works in various languages, international secondary literature, essays, articles from daily newspapers and specialist journals, audiobooks, films and more.
Since 2022, the Bibliography has been integrated on the swisscollections search platform. As an extension to the Bibliography in the library catalog swisscovery, swisscollections offers a specialized and refined search of collections and special holdings from swisscovery and other sources.
Until 2010, the Bibliography was published in printed form as an appendix to the following annual reports of the Gottfried Keller Society
• 1981–1993 Annual report of the Gottfried Keller Society
• 1994–2006 Speeches at the annual meeting
• 2008–2009 Communications of the Gottfried Keller Society
